Peter Gandolfo is an ICF Master Certified executive coach and facilitator who partners with individuals and teams to build awareness, strengthen effectiveness, and make progress on goals. He has worked with clients from Snap, City National Bank, Abercrombie & Fitch, and more. Peter's coaching career started with three years at the Drucker Institute, a social enterprise grounded in the management principles of Peter Drucker. Many of his engagements focus on identifying what's needed (and no longer needed) to reach future goals; developing communication skills, especially in giving and receiving feedback and navigating high-stakes conversations; and identifying competing beliefs that prevent clients from following through on changes they genuinely want. Peter held marketing roles for brands like AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Mattel, and Disney. He has an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from The University of Notre Dame. He has been published in People Matters, MyTech Decisions, Management Today, Training, and Fatherly.
